Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG
The hand-selected grapes, the search for the best possible fruit, the long drying, make the expression of this Amarone explosive. Enriched in its complexity by ageing in refined French oak barrels, Valle Alta is a wine rich in aromas, structured but at the same time elegant and refined in its tasting. Warm, enveloping, with a long persistence but dry.
MONTE SOLANE
Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC
A product that combines two different Valpolicella winemaking techniques: freshness and drying. The Superiore wine obtained is “passed over” on the Amarone pomace where, thanks to the second refermentation, it is enriched with new aromas adding a new body. Finally, the refinement in French oak barrels is short and does not exceed one year, specifically with the intention of giving it its maximum expression, making it the true protagonist on every occasion.

This is the father of Amarone, a symbol of a thousand-year history that carries the echo from Roman times.
